We get a lot of people asking stuff and we are happy to give you an answer!

What do I wear?

Singlet or t-shirt with very short sleeves!

Shorts like hot pants. Some people aren’t comfortable wearing short shorts but when you are doing pole work you need more of your skin to grip the pole.
Bare feet. But for extra leg muscle definition and that added sensual feel you are welcome to bring your high heels or boots. Please make sure you can walk in them safely. Make sure that you don’t use slip on heels they can fly off .
For pole parties you are welcome to dress up as it’s all about having fun and having a laugh.

How to secure your Party

How it works!

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the party cost is required to reserve the party date, the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the party. See the appointments page for more information!

Do I need any dance background?

You will learn everything you need to know at our classes.

Am I too big to pole dance?

Pole dancing is for women of all shapes and sizes!

Is there a changing room in the studio? Or showers?

Yes and No.

There is a changing area adjoining the studio, we provide a area for your personal belongings. There are NO showers on premises.

What else should I know?

A few things:

You should NOT wear ANY lotion on your hands and legs the day of class. Sweating will release the lotion back to the surface, and you will be sliding off the pole. If you have pole partners they will not be happy, as they will be sliding as well. So absolutely no lotion. Leave your jewelry at home if you can as it will be in the way.
