Pole Fit is a fitness class based around learning pole moves, poses and tricks through individualised syllabi. It includes a warm up and down and focuses on the technique and execution of moves.
Pole pump is a 45 min long cardio/strength work out based on exercises used to create and train muscles to help progress to more advanced pole tricks. With a 15min cool down and stretch.
POLE PUMP & FIT CLASS
Pump/fit classes are a combination of the two, 25 minute work out followed by 25 min training on moves already learnt and learning new moves. With a cool down/stretch Or the choice of either.
Private Classes are a one on one intensive training with our experienced instructor no distractions, no interruptions.
Open Sessions are supervised Pole practice sessions. A time for you to come in and practice what you have learnt under the watchful eye of your instructor.
INTRODUCTORY POLE FITNESS
Introductory Pole Fitness Course is a 6 week course covering the basics of Pole Dance. 1 Hour a week focusing on the execution and technique of beginners moves. A Choreographed routine is learnt in the last two weeks which ties all the beginners’ moves together.
GROUP/PRIVATE 6 WEEK COURSE
Group/Private 6 week Course (5+people). A private 6 week course for you and 4 or more friends where you learn the basics of Pole Dance. 1 Hour a week focusing on the execution and technique of beginners moves. A Choreographed routine is learnt in the last two weeks which ties all the beginners’ moves together.
